Additional fees are added to the total of your package due to inadequate preparation time for your event. You will be charged a rush fee of $35 if you book 48 hours before your desired party date.

To ensure the most memorable experience for your Princess, we require a minimum of 2-week notice. If you reserve a party with less than a 2-week notice, please contact us via email at info@pampermepretti318.com

If your preferred date and time are already booked, please check to see if another date is available, and book it as soon as possible. We suggest you check online or email us at least seven days before your desired reservation date if you would like the party on a specific date. We require full payment when you make your reservation seven days in advance.

$50 will be required as a deposit. Your booking can only be confirmed with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

A balance invoice will be sent to you shortly after booking. Payment is due 7 days prior to the scheduled party date. The balance can be paid off at any time, as long as it is 7 days prior to your reservation. If you do not pay your balance in full by the stated date, your reservation will become available for booking. You will lose the option to reschedule with the same deposit. 

Your party duration will vary depending on which party package you select and the number of guests. Parties at Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus may last anywhere from one to three hours. Each party is set up and disinfected thoroughly 30 minutes prior to the arrival of the bus. Party schedules are set up in advance; therefore, all parties will start promptly. If your guests arrive late, we will not delay the start of your party. Late arriving guests are welcome to join the celebration immediately. If there is an overrun of the party by any reason other than Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus, the parent/guardian of the child will be charged for any additional time that exceeds the scheduled time. A schedule extension may be approved if you would like to extend your party.

Only packages that include food are permitted on the bus. While our Princesses are getting manicures, popcorn will be served to them.

Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus will come to the location you provide and park in the driveway or on the street. We will remain parked until the party ends

Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus packages and pricing are fixed. In the event of a no-show, we do not prorate. If 6 girls are scheduled for the party but one or more fail to show, the price will remain the same.

Depending on which package you choose, the number of guests and invitations will vary. Reservations can be made for up to 6 guests, with an additional $30 per additional guest. In accordance with the package you select, the individual who reserved the party will receive digital invitations. They can be printed out and sent to their guests. We recommend printing invitations on card stock because it has a thicker and sturdier quality. Guests will also be able to receive invitations digitally

Your package includes the first 25 miles of travel. If your location exceeds a 25-mile radius from zip code 71109, you will be charged an additional dollar per mile. 

All guests must have a permission slip and a participation waiver signed by their parents or guardians. If we do not have these documents signed and completed prior to your event, guests will not be allowed to board Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus.

Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus uses chemical free, non-toxic, kid-friendly products to ensure the safety of your princess. Our guests can receive adult nail(Gel) polish upon the special request of their parents. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. The host or parent of the party is responsible for informing Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus in advance of any allergies that guests may have. Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus reserves the right to refuse services to any child we feel poses a health risk.

During the party, we require one parent or guardian to remain present. Injuries or property damage caused by party guests are not the responsibility of Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus. It is the parent or guardian hosting the party who is responsible for keeping the children safe and under control throughout the event. Parents and guardians hosting parties are responsible for the reimbursement of any loss or damage to property caused by guests, whether intentional or unintentional.

You must notify Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus 72 hours in advance of rescheduling your reservation. You will be given the opportunity to reschedule based on our availability. Unless otherwise stated, deposits are not refundable. 

Pamper Me Pretti Kids Mobile Spa Party Bus reserves the right to reschedule your party if we are unable to make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions, which may cause our employees to be in a dangerous driving condition.
