You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule according to our availability. All deposits are non-refundable. An adjustable refund for the remaining balance, not including the deposit, can be requested by submitting an email to info@pampermepretti318.com by the person who paid the deposit within 14 days of your reservation/invoice.
